On November 23, Netflix is bringing all four seasons of Dix pour cent (known to U.S. viewers as Call My Agent) back to its catalog. At the same time, the streamer is quietly moving forward with a long-promised follow-up: a feature film continuation of the hit French series, currently being shot in Paris. Confirmed by creator Fanny Herrero, by Netflix, and even by George Clooney himself, the project is finally taking shape after years of anticipation.

With the show returning in full and the movie rolling cameras, Dix pour cent is poised to reclaim the cultural space it held before ending in 2020 — that of a French series with rare global resonance.

Who is behind the Dix pour cent movie and which cast is returning?

The feature film continuation of Dix pour cent is directed by Fanny Herrero and Lison Daniel. Fans of the original series can expect the core ensemble to be back: Camille Cottin, Thibault de Montalembert, Nicolas Maury, Grégory Montel and Laure Calamy, along with the other familiar faces from the ASK agency that defined the show’s identity.

What story does the Dix pour cent film tell?

Instead of simply repeating the series formula, the movie shifts the point of view. Andréa Martel (played by Camille Cottin) has moved on from being an agent: she is now a film director trying to own this new phase of her life. Just days before shooting, her lead actor suddenly pulls out, throwing the entire production into crisis.

Backed into a corner, Andréa turns to the only people she knows who can navigate showbusiness chaos: her former colleagues from the agency. The old structure of ASK is no longer really there, but the team spirit that once drove it — frail, conflict-ridden, sometimes downright messy — may be the only thing capable of saving a movie that’s heading off the rails.

The film will also feature two confirmed star guests: Laetitia Casta and Vincent Macaigne.

George Clooney’s involvement and what it says about the show’s global reach

One of the most eye-catching developments around the project came from Los Angeles. During a premiere event there, George Clooney publicly revealed that he would appear in the movie:

“Since you’re French, I’ll tell you that I’m leaving for Paris where I’ll be next week to take part in the shooting of the Dix pour cent movie. I didn’t hesitate for a second.”

His presence underlines how far the series has traveled since arriving on Netflix under the title Call My Agent. The show has been watched around the world and has inspired local remakes in Italy, the United Kingdom, Canada, India and South Korea, making it one of the most internationally recognizable French TV series.

Bringing Clooney into the narrative, even though his role remains under wraps, signals a clear step up in scale: Dix pour cent is now also about the collision between Paris and Hollywood.

How the movie uses Paris as its playground

The production is currently filming across multiple locations in the French capital, staying true to the series’ DNA while expanding its canvas.
• agency offices,
• industry-favorite restaurants,
• streets in the 10th and 11th arrondissements,
• Parisian soundstages.

In the original show, this very real, constantly moving backdrop was one of the big draws: the agents were always racing from one meeting to the next through a highly recognizable version of the French film industry. The movie aims to recapture that energy, while adding a more international flavor thanks to Clooney’s arrival.

Why Dix pour cent became a French phenomenon

Running from 2015 to 2020, Dix pour cent delivered four seasons and 24 episodes, plus a long list of memorable guest stars that helped cement its reputation on French television: Isabelle Huppert, Jean Dujardin, Virginie Efira, Jean Reno and even Sigourney Weaver all played heightened versions of themselves.

Its success abroad, amplified by its presence on Netflix, led to an unusually high number of international remakes for a French production. That global recognition explains the interest around the movie: it doesn’t just extend a beloved fictional universe, it also builds on a cultural brand that travels well.

When will the Dix pour cent movie be released on Netflix?

The film is in production now, and its release is expected in 2026, though there is no exact date yet. Netflix has confirmed that the movie is being produced directly for its platform.

Why Netflix is bringing back the series now

Re-releasing all the seasons on November 23 serves as perfect groundwork for subscribers ahead of the movie’s debut. It gives viewers a chance to catch up on the evolution of the characters, the transformations of the agency and the internal clashes that made the series so addictive.

The movie, in turn, is conceived as a natural extension of that universe, taking advantage of a feature-length format to dig deeper into the crisis Andréa and her former team are facing.
